Union registers industrial dispute with Trelleborg Ltd
The General Workers’ Union has registered an industrial dispute with Trelleborg Ltd, accusing the management of failing to sign two agreements concerning the technicians’ section and its Marsa mixing facility. The union noted that workers had consented to both agreements, adding employees had recently agreed to working a four-day week to help a struggling Trelleborg.
It said that when management signed the collective agreement it had also set a specific timeframe on the signing of agreements on the various sections. The GWU’s chemical and energy section will be meeting workers’ representatives to set a course of action.

Oh yes this is news value. I think that Tanti and Vella resigned their posts so that they will have enough energy when the PL will come to power and they will have enough energy to begin showing their blunt teeth. Oh yes very interesting. It is always the GWU that registers industrial dispute. Where is the UHM? The PN registered union. Of Course the GWU is an LP registered union, but at least when the LP will be in power its teeth will not turn sharp but remain stable and consistent to save the interest of the workers not of the PN.
