Support given to summer schools

First United Insurance Group’s welfare committee recently presented a donation of €1,000 to Inspire for the fourth consecutive year, for use in Inspire’s annual inclusive summer school programme.

The programme enables children of all abilities to learn and grow together in a fun and friendly environment.

The money was donated by all the staff at First United Insurance Brokers and then doubled by the company.

First United operates as insurance brokers, insurance managers, financial advisors and risk consultants.

Meanwhile, HSBC Malta Foundation has continued its financial support towards Hospice Malta and its children’s summer club.

The club is attended by 19 children, between the ages of four and 12, whose families are receiving support from Hospice Malta.

Volunteers, including teachers, university students and seminarians carry out the club’s 10-session programme, which includes fun outings, swimming lessons, crafts and other activities to keep the children engaged and entertained throughout summer.
