More sirens is what we need in Birzebbuga, as if all the noise pollution comming from the freeport is not enough. And in the eventuality that these sirens are used for real what will they indicate? One could only gess considering the proximity to residents of some of these installations.

A quick reference to the enemalta website clarifies that the tests will be held on Tuesday 6th September. It would benefit the general public if it was told what to DO when the siren is heard in an emergency. Does it mean that there's a leak? That there could be an explosion? What should one do? Run for it or hide under the bed?

You are right!! Why did the news come out at 16:02 when they were supposed to be tested at 9 a.m today?
