Vodafone Malta has moved its recruiting process online through Career Passport, an innovative concept using web technology to minimise complexities for candidates interacting with potential employers.

The service, at careers.vodafone.com.mt, allows Vodafone and career seekers confidentiality. Through Career Passport, interested applicants can maintain a live and updated profile online. Candidates may make their personal and professional information accessible to Vodafone Malta when submitting an application for a specific post or by submitting an open application. They are then able to track applications and receive alerts and updates automatically.

Vodafone Malta’s head of human resources Martin Gregory explained the local team belonged to a fast-moving telecommunications company, renowned for innovation and a ‘can-do’ culture. By facilitating the interaction process for the widest possible pool, Vodafone was positioning itself to be able to select the best available talent.
