A 47-year-old motorcyclist from Sliema is in a critical condition following a traffic accident this afternoon.

The police said the crash, between the Piaggo Runner the motorcyclist was riding and a Land Rover Freelander, driven by a 27-year-old woman from Siggiewi, took place around 2 p.m. in Triq il-Mosta, Lija.
