A 46-year-old man from Floriana was given a two-year prison sentence suspended for four years for indecent assault in Paceville yesterday morning.

Carmel Debattista pleaded guilty to indecent assault and holding a girl against her will in Paceville sometime after 8 a.m. yesterday.

Magistrate Antonio Mizzi warned the accused not to ever do something of the sort again “as you can only make one mistake here”.
