Thirty-five children aged between 13 and 15 took part in the seventh edition of the annual ‘Rights 4 U’ course, which helps teenagers learn about their rights.
The interactive course, organised by the Office of the Commissioner for Children at the Archbishop’s Seminary in Rabat, included a variety of activities and engaged the children in relevant discussions.
As this year is European year dedicated to voluntary organisations, voluntary work has been adopted as the course theme.
The participants organised a morning of games and activities for children coming from various children’s homes, thereby actively experiencing voluntary work.
A separate course is held in Gozo.
