Weekly consumer advice

• When we buy through distance selling we have additional legal rights.

• Before a distance contract is concluded, the distance seller is obliged to provide us with specific information.

• The Distance Selling Regulations give 15 days during which we can cancel the sales contract for any reason and get a refund.

• Once a sale is cancelled, the money paid should be returned to us within a maximum period of 30 days.

• Our cancellation rights do not apply in certain kind of purchases.

• Unsolicited goods should not be paid for or sent back to the trader.
