Vodafone and the Medical Association of Malta in business partnership

Vodafone is to offer members of the Medical Association of Malta tailor-made mobile and internet solutions under a new partnership agreement.

The company’s collaboration with MAM forms part of a network of strategic alliances through which Vodafone supports business and professional associations within the community.

“We are working to be closer to our medical professional community while they are closer to their patients,” Vodafone business marketing manager Daniel Grech explained. “Doctors also use smartphones to access up to date information which is beneficial to patient care.”

MAM vice-president John Paul Tabone explained that access to data and medical software applications on medical professionals’ mobiles is an innovative service which brings the latest information about patient care to the doctors’ fingertips.

“We are confident that our partnership with Vodafone will help improve standards of patient care,” he said.
