Abacus offers specialist yacht and aircraft services

Isle of Man-based fiduciary services group Abacus has extended its administrative services for yacht and aircraft holding companies to Malta following the establishment of their Maltese corporate services provider, Abacus Corporate Services Limited.

The new office located at the Gasan Centre, Mrieħel, will provide a full range of corporate and administrative services, including those for yacht and aircraft ownership structures, as well as extending the company’s existing networks. Client director Emer Dowling said: “It is important for a company like ours to have presence in more than one key jurisdiction, in particular to provide for those clients that are more internationally-orientated.”
