MAMO (nèe Spiteri), on August 6, at Mater Dei Hospital, NELLY, aged 93, passed away peacefully. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Raymond and his wife Gill, Fred and Mariella, her grandchildren, great grandchildren and relatives and friends in Malta and the UK. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8 a.m. for St Gregory’s parish church, Sliema where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.45 a.m. followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated.

Requiem Mass

Mass for the repose of the soul of MARY FENECH ADAMI will be celebrated today at Sacro Cuor parish church, Sliema, at 6.30 p.m. All are invited to attend.

Fundraising walk for Hospice

Hospice Malta will hold a fundraising midnight walk on September 16. The 4km walk will start with a warm-up session at 10.30 p.m. and will begin and end at Buġibba Square.

Before setting off, there will be a minute’s silence in remembrance of the departed loved ones of all present. The participation donation is €5 per person.
