Frank Salt Real Estate has published a new brochure that gathers together all major luxury developments available in Malta and Gozo.

The brochure contains extensive information on all the islands Special Designated Areas, as well as other high profile residences.

Malta and Gozo boast of a good selection of luxury property developments that have been earmarked by the local authorities as Special Designated Areas (SDA), where there are absolutely no restrictions to acquisition for foreigners.

Spread across the two islands, these areas represent recently constructed developments intended to provide top-end residential properties, often consisting of a cluster of apartments, maisonettes and penthouses built with a common theme on an extensive piece of land, often enhanced by their location, amenities and finishes.

Targeting the upper-end market, Luxury Property Portfolio offers a good insight on each of these developments, including information on what makes them unique, the amenities they offer as well as other information that a discerning buyer would look out for. Developments included include Tigne’ Point, Portomaso, Tas-Sellum Residences, Fort Cambridge, Pendergardens, Fort Chambray, Ta Monita and Madliena Village.

The Luxury Property Portfolio also includes a fact sheet highlighting the rental return possible on lettings at such developments, particularly given the current demand for buy-to-let properties.
