I believe that these changes must be made so that Arriva will be more customer-care oriented:

Arriva should have kiosks to sell tickets near the bus stops and to give information. The driver should not be the one to dispense tickets and give information.

Arriva should be responsible to control the misbehaviour of students on the buses. It should consider having more buses on the road day and night during busy hours.

Arriva should use the double buses on route numbers 11, 12 and 13. This is a long route and the buses currently serving it are frequently full as they are used by tourists and Maltese especially on week days. Arriva should explain to people not to stay in the front part of the bus, as many drivers think that the bus is full and people are left waiting on bus stops.

Meanwhile, last week a lady fainted on bus 11. She had to get off in Floriana to be looked after. The bus had no air conditioning and it was full of people very anxious to get home. Arriva should also please note that its notice with regard to a bus stop being out of service due to the feast of Our Lady of Mt Carmel was glued upside down.

I would like to show my appreciation for the fact that Arriva will be making some changes with regard to its services.
