Property News out on Sunday

The Sunday Times will include the latest issue of Property News, the quarterly property magazine published by Frank Salt Real Estate.

Apart from information on properties available for sale and to let, this issue takes a closer look at special designated areas in Malta where there are no restrictions on acquisition by foreigners.

The magazine will also highlight a number of properties it deems as being ideal as a rental investment.

Frank Salt Property News is distributed free with The Sunday Times and is made available to all clients who call at the company’s branch offices, at overseas exhibitions and through its overseas associates.

I see from the BBC and Skynews to-day that properties in the UK is now lower then ever. since prices in Malta are well over the top, will it also follow the UK in lowering their prices, there are too many vacant especially on Gozo just standing there as if they were hit by a shell and nobody is renting or buying as most foreigners including ourselves are down grading.
