The summer issue of the widely circulated Chinese business magazine Investin has carried an interview with Maltese lawyer Michael Tanti Dougall.
Dr Tanti Dougall is a member of the executive council of the recently set up Maltese-Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
The article, published in Chinese and English, applauds Malta’s favourable tax regime for Chinese and hails Malta as a platform for Chinese businessmen to penetrate the European market.
Dr Tanti Dougall is the co-author of a three-volume publication on the European Competition Law and is vice-chairman and member of the board of governors of the Malta Mediation Centre.
His law firm specialises in company law, financial services, trusts, tax consultancy, competition law, and intellectual property rights.
