Transport Malta said today that owing to road works, Xatt il-Pwales, Xemxija will be closed to vehicular traffic from the Olympic Grove Roundabout at Triq San Pawl up to the roundabout junction near  Xemxija Church, tomorrow between  between 7pm and 5:30am.

Vehicular traffic from Triq San Pawl (Veċċa area), St. Paul's Bay and the St. Paul’s Bay Bypass,  towards Mellieħa will proceed through Triq Għajn Tuffieħa and the Manikata-Mellieha link road.

Traffic from Mġarr towards Mellieħa will proceed through Manikata and the Manikata-Mellieħa link road.

Vehicular traffic from Mellieħa towards Xemxija will not be affected.

Public Transport would not be affected, both ways.
