Scuba dive for a cause

Calypso Sub-Aqua Club, in collaboration with Dive Systems, will be holding a fundraising scuba diving event at Exiles, Sliema, next Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

‘Try a Dive’ is open to both beginners and qualified divers. Qualified instructors will be present and diving equipment will be available on site.

During the event, a PADI open water course worth €330 will be raffled off.

Participation costs €10 and proceeds will go towards the Inspire Foundation.

Inspire Foundation’s disability services and programmes support over 1,000 people. These programmes are focused on targeting the educational, therapeutic, social and recreational needs of those they help while focusing on strengthening their ability and encouraging their potential.
