The man blamed for attacks on Norway's government headquarters and a youth retreat on Friday had written that he had visited Malta.
In the 12-minute-video accompanied by a 1,500 page dossier six hours before the attack, Anders Behring Breivik called on conservatives to 'embrace martyrdom'.
The video 'Knights Templar 2083', has now been taken off YouTube.
In it, the suspect promoted a fight against Islam and gave detailed plans about the attacks. He even wrote that he would dress up as a police officer and that people will be astonished.
The suspect wrote how he wanted to rid Europe of Islam and Marxism.
'There are situations in which cruelty is necessary, and refusing to apply necessary cruelty is a betrayal of the people whom you wish to protect,' he wrote.
'The preferred method is to attack in a violent and deceptive form (shock attack).'
He listed travelling – learning about new culture, music, friends, among his hobbies.
He then said he 'had the privilege of experiencing' the following countries.
"Sweden, Denmark, UK, Germany, Poland, Belarus, France, Austria, Hungary, Austria, Croatia, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Spain, Cyprus, Malta, US, Turkey, Mexico, China, Nigeria, Cote d'Ivoire, Liberia."
