Wanted: more conveniently located, less time-consuming bus routes (4)
The Arriva service is too slow and painful. People are having to wait for the bus for more than 45 minutes, when the old buses never took more than 30 minutes. Even if Arriva has more routes and reaches more places than the old buses, it should do more to help remove the inconvenience passengers have to suffer every day.
