Wine festival at the Citadel

The third edition of the Marsovin summer wine festival will be held at the Citadel, Victoria, on Friday and Saturday.

The event will be a smaller version of the Marsovin wine festival held recently in Malta. However, it will also feature Tribali.

Marsovin will be promoting its estate sparkling wine, Cassar De Malte, produced in the methode traditionnelle, the passito, Ġuże, its newest brand Primus, the Atlantis range, and its Gozitan variety of wines: Odyssey, Ulysses and Antonin Blanc.

The entry fee is €10, including a premium wine glass and wine tokens. One can either taste a number of different wines or drink a selection of wines by the glass or by the bottle.

Food will also be available.

The festival opens at 7.30 p.m. and closes at 12.30 a.m.

A park and ride service will be available from the Victoria car park.
