Frank Salt Real Estate open Spinola Bay branch

Frank Salt Real Estate plans a new branch close to St Julian’s Spinola Bay and is to extend its Marsascala branch this year, the company has announced.

Meanwhile, the extension of the brand’s flagship office in St Julian’s has been completed and now incorporates the adjoining property.

With its database of properties always expanding, and to support its ever growing staff complement of property consultants, the company has seen it fit to extend this branch, to be able to offer a better service to its customers.

The extension works began in May. The St Julian’s sales offices now boasts a state- of-the-art, designer-finished environment, complete with the latest ITC innovations.

The project also saw the renovation of the existing premises: special care was taken to ensure that the old and new section of the premises merged.

“The modern look has made the St Julian’s branch more inviting, both as a work environment for the sales consultants, as well as for clients visiting our branch”, branch manager and director Douglas Salt said.

The company opened its 12th branch dedicated to residential letting and commercial properties on the Sliema seafront last year.
