New ideas that disrupted bus service (2)
Whether a good number of bus drivers not reporting for work on the same day was sabotage, premeditated or just a coincidence is beyond my jurisdicion or range of enquiry. What is certain is that the old system was bad, then very bad and got worse. The new system was bad, then good and is getting better.
