Before doing anything else, TM in cooperation with the Rabat and Dingli Local Councils should make sure that the whole stretch of Dingli Road is resurfaced, as for some reason new tarmac was laid last year but only on a small portion of the road halfway through! I know what it means as I have been travelling to and from Dingli for 5 years as I attended secondary school there, and after a day's work the last thing you'd want is all those bumps, together with the foul smell which comes from the fields (which alas, is something nothing can be done about).
