Passengers were ordered off a 'bendy' bus in Sliema this afternoon at a precaution after the air-conditioner overheated.

The incident happened shortly before 2 p.m. at Tower Road.

Passengers said they were told by the driver to leave the bus because the air-conditioner had overheated. The bus was then driven off empty and the passengers waited for another bus.
