sur Robert Muscat,
l-ewwel nett f'bugibba hemm parti pedestrian area, fil week ends. Nittama li mhux qed tirreferi ghal din l-area. Taf x'hemm il-qawra? qsies ta sewqan, daqq waqt is-sewqan itarxek, excessive speed etc.
Jekk trid tikkonferma dan, ejja specjalment fil weekends, ix-xatt min bugibba sal fra Ben, Nixtieq li hawn ikun hemm xi warden jew puluzija. Is-sena l-ohra guvni ta 20 sena kie qed isuq b'velocita, tilef il kontrol, tela il bankina u kien oddu ghasar tnejn min nies bit-tarbija b'kollox mal-hajt.
Ghidli x'naghmel jekk joqtolli din it-tarbija jew lil ibni? Tahseb li ser noqghod nistenna li jinghata xi suspenden sentence???

I would say that whilst your feelings are correct, still, we should not judge the driver without knowing all the facts. Let the authorities investigate. The facts will come out. Innocent until proven guilty. A few obnoxious drivers in Qawra are not representative of all Maltese drivers.
