Don't take this the wrong way, but sometimes you cant fully blame the driver. Try driving about during weekends in Bugibba or Paceville. People start crossing the road from points they're not suppose to. I saw people crossing the roads at a sharp turn, on flat roundabouts and also just cross the road at a few meters away from a zebra crossing. To my amazement, even a couple walking calmly hand in hand in the middle of the road. In the case of small children its obviously their parents responsibility. I mean if the driver is drunk, over speeding or without a license, its obviously their fault in every way, but sometimes you really cant help it to speak out because its as if these pedestrians are asking for it.

it tifel qabad u qasam it triq fuq red lights wahdu minghajr ma kien mal genituri tieghu. it tifel l ewel prova jevita li jintlaqat minn van u s- sewwieq li laqtu ma setax jamel mod iehor ax kien impossibli li jarah. Mnalla is sewwieq kien qed isuq bil mod ghax kieku kien ikun incidenti hafna aktar ikrah. Thanks God we also have careful drivers in Malta too !!!!!
