Ugly buildings at Marsascala

A few years back, permits were issued to build bungalows on the water’s edge in Triq ir-Ridott and Thomas Ashby Street, Marsascala.

Now another storey is being added to one of these bungalows, while a permit was issued to build a two-storey villa in Triq ir-Ridott after it was refused six times; the wall standing high near the bungalows is a really ugly sight, spoiling the overall view.

I wonder who is responsible, paid by our taxes, for allowingsuch ugliness which spoils the environment.
