Benjamin Brafman, lawyer for former head of the IMF, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, arrives at a meeting with Manhattan District Attorney yesterday in New York. Dominique Strauss-Kahn’s lawyer left what he termed a “constructive” meeting with prosecutors yesterday without commenting on whether the sexual assault case was moving towards a dismissal. “We had a constructive meeting. That’s all I’m going to say,” Mr Brafman told reporters after exiting the meeting in Manhattan with chief prosecutor Cyrus Vance.
