Hollywood star Angelina Jolie yesterday hit the Eden Superbowl in St Julians for a spot of fun with the children.

The A-lister and her entourage had all of the bowling alleys booked for themselves for a few hours to guarantee privacy and keep them away from the prying lenses of paparazzi.

They arrived in Paceville at about 3 p.m. accompanied by at least three security people and left almost two hours later.

This is the second time in as many weeks that Ms Jolie chose to take her children to the popular bowling alley while her 47-year old husband, Brad Pitt, is busy shooting the post-apocalyptic horror movie World War Z.

In the film, Mr Pitt plays the lead role of Max Brooks, a United Nations Post-war Commission agent who published a report a decade after the zombie war.

The couple are staying at a heavily guarded house in Qrendi.
