I pay Go €11.75 monthly for the internet service as part of a two-year home pack. I asked about transferring this service to my summer place.
Go said I should remove the modem from Birkirkara and then pay an additional €9.50 monthly, besides the €11.75 a month I already pay.
This means the internet service at my summer residence would cost €21.25 monthly.
The Birkirkara service will be unavailable because the modem will not be there so I refused to pay this charge. This is really gross overcharging by Go and I will be knocking other doors when my contract expires next year.
Cannot the communications authority check on this overcharging to protect us customers from greedy companies?
