• Għarb celebrates the feast of the Visitation with a solemn Mass led by Gozo Bishop Mario Grech today at 8.30 a.m. The St Margaret Band will play marches at 11 a.m. Archpriest Joseph Sultana will lead the procession, accompanied by the Visitation Band, at 7.30 p.m. The Leone Band will perform in front of the church.

A thanksgiving Mass will be celebrated tomorrow at 7.30 p.m. followed by a barbecue in front of the parish centre.

• The Richmond Foundation (Gozo) is holding a self-help group meeting at the NGO centre in Xewkija on Tuesday at 5.30 p.m. Everyone is invited. For more information, call 2210 6151 or e-mail info@richmond.org.mt.

• The Xagħra council is holding four events of singing and dancing atVictory Square on August 5, August 19 and September 16 at 8.30 p.m. Each activity will close with a musical concert by local bands, including Morena and Band, Mistaken Identity and Inside Plan, among others.

• The diocesan Eucharistic Movement will be holding a prayer evening at Xagħra parish church on Saturday at 8.30 p.m., followed by Mass at midnight.

• The Bethel Charismatic Group will be holding a prayer meeting at the church of St Paul’s Shipwreck, Marsalforn, on Saturday at 7.30 p.m.

• The Gozo CCU Foundation will present ‘Under the Stars’ at Ta’ Frenċ next Sunday at 7.30 p.m. Tickets at €40 per person, include a five-course dinner and half a bottle of wine. • ‘Textures of Gozo’, a photographic exhibition by Peter Christopher, RCA, is on at the Banca Giuratale, Victoria. The exhibition, until July 23, is open on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. and at weekends from 9 a.m. to noon.

• Riflessi Sajfin will be staged at Il-Menqa, Marsalforn, on August 6 at 8 p.m. Applications are accepted until July 11 (noon) at the Oasi Foundation, 5, Wied Sara Street, Victoria.
