Pendergardens opens main entrance

Pendergardens, the residential development in central St Julian’s has opened its new main entrance on St Andrew’s Road. This residential entrance is now facilitating access to 150 apartments located in six low-rise blocks, a landscaped 2,000-square metre piazza, and 405 spaces of residential parking on two levels beneath.

Pendergardens, which registered 85 per cent total sale from the development’s Phase One in just over three years, is enjoying a proven high rental return, according to the developers. The project is shortly set to expand. Besides the villas, ‘Phase Two’ will bring a larger choice of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes in two new low-rise blocks and high-rise towers. They will be complemented by a supermarket, a gym and pool, office and retail space and more parking serving the public.
