Breathalyser tests

During 2010 the police administered breathalyser tests to 146 drivers. Seventy-three of the tests were positive, while in 38 cases the drivers either refused to take the test or the test was incomplete. The information was given by Home Affairs Minister Carm Mifsud Bonnici in reply to a parliamentary question by Labour MP Chris Agius.
