Breathalyser tests
During 2010 the police administered breathalyser tests to 146 drivers. Seventy-three of the tests were positive, while in 38 cases the drivers either refused to take the test or the test was incomplete. The information was given by Home Affairs Minister Carm Mifsud Bonnici in reply to a parliamentary question by Labour MP Chris Agius.

Only 146 tests. hard to believe that there are not and should be more especially when crashes are regularly reported as happened in the early hours of the morning.

Could get 146 in one weekend in St Julian's. I wonder how many of the 111 cases resulted in a successful prosecution?
