A 25-year-old woman from Mellieha was slightly injured this morning when her car, a Ford Focus, crashed into two parked cars and then overturned. The parked cars were a Nissan Almeira and a Hyundai Atos.

The incident happened at Triq l-Imsida, Birkirkara, near the VAT Department offices, at about 5.30 a.m.

The woman was taken to hospital in an ambulance. Her car and one of the parked cars were extensively damaged.
