I hope, for everybody’s sake, that Arriva Malta does not end up as a failure. I sent two e-mails to Arriva Malta enquiring about a bus route, one on June 11, and a reminder three days later.

To date I have received no replies to these e-mails.

When I phoned customer care to enquire if Arrive does reply to e-mails, I was told the person responsible for doing so had a lot of e-mails to deal with.

So I must assume either that many Maltese must have numerous queries and are all waiting for their replies by e-mail or that Arriva Malta is starting on the wrong foot.
