• The Nadur council will be holding the annual traditional agricultural fair today at L-Arcipriet Martin Camilleri square (il-Pjazzetta). The event begins with a performance by the Menhir Folk Group and a band march by the Mnarja Band at 8.30 a.m., followed by the blessing of farm animals and pets. Gozo Minister Giovanna Debono will distribute mementos to participants.

• The Gozo Kickboxing Club will be holding a kickboxing marathon in aid of the Arka Foundation at the Gozo Sports Complex in Victoria today from 10 a.m. Several kickboxing clubs from Malta will also be taking part.

• Fontana parish is celebrating the feast of the Sacred Heart today. A pontifical Mass will be celebrated by Gozo Bishop Mario Grech at 9 a.m. The procession, accompanied by La Stella Band, will start at 7.30 p.m. The Precursor and Ite ad Joseph bands will take part.

• The feast of Our Lady of Ta’ Pinu will be celebrated on Wednesday. Masses will be said at 5, 6, 7 and 11.15 a.m. and at 5.30 and 6.30 p.m. Gozo Bishop Mario Grech will lead a pontifical Mass at 9 a.m. Apostolic Nuncio Tommaso Caputo will lead a pontifical Mass at 8 p.m., while Mgr Grech will lead the recitation of the rosary on the sanctuary parvis at 9 p.m.

• A consultation meeting, entitled ‘The National Curriculum Framework 2011: Towards A Quality Education For All’, will be held at Ninu Cremona secondary school, Victoria, on Friday at 5.30 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.

• Riflessi Sajfin will be staged at Il-Menqa, Marsalforn, on August 6 at 7.30 p.m. Applications are accepted until July 11 (noon) at Oasi Foundation, 5 Wied Sara Street, Victoria.
