Transport Malta officials patroling the area close to St Julians at the launch of the annual safety at sea campaign, yesterday. The regulator has announced another three boat-free zones for swimmers: Fond Għadir in Sliema, Xemxija and St George’s Bay in Birżebbuġa, raising the total to 43.
