Neptunes will be organising their annual summer swimming school between July 4 and September 9 at the club’s fresh water pool in St Julian’s.

Participants may choose either morning or afternoon lessons. They will be split into various groups, according to age and ability, with special emphasis on teaching the correct stroke techniques.

At the end of the course, participants will be given a Certificate of Attendance, and after summer those who want to take this sport more seriously will be given the opportunity to join one of the various Neptunes squads and continue regular training throughout the year.

The Neptunes Swimming Unit has now been established for around 20 years and many of Malta’s present and past national team members have had their swimming grassroots at Neptunes.

Meanwhile, the summer waterpolo school training sessions will be held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

Further information and registration forms may be obtained from the club’s website www.neptuneswpsc.com or by sending an e-mail at info@neptuneswpsc.com.
