This road sign and several other similar ones within the airport area warn motorists and all arriving and departing tourists of major roadworks “at Council of Europe”. Are we to assume we have become so European that as part of the TEN-T Trans-European Transport Network the road being reconstructed will eventually lead to Strasbourg?
