Emmanuel Delicata will be holding an open day at its winery on the Paola waterfront next Sunday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

In keeping with last year’s success, Delicata will conduct guided tours, enabling visitors to experience the winemaking process with the help of an audio-visual presentation.

Visitors will also be given a brochure, including a site map and three vouchers entitling them to free tastings, either from the wine stands or directly from the stainless steel fermentation tanks.

There will also be a food and refreshment area, including hot and cold food by Maypole.

Visitors will be required to place a €1 deposit on a wine glass, which will be refunded on return of the glass.

Visitors will also be able to purchase wines at special prices from the wine shop.

People under the age of 17 will not be served alcohol.
