Belair Real Estate has reported an “unexpected burst” of property sales over the past few months, making up for any deficiencies suffered in the first quarter of the year.
The first-time buyer market was “relatively more active”, however, it was ultimately the higher-end properties that helped the company meet its sales targets, Belair said.
It said its in-house property management division had also taken off well and helped to encourage certain clients to rent out properties that were not being used.
Belair’s latest issue of its real estate magazine will be published with The Sunday Times tomorrow. It is designed by Mediamaker Limited and printed by Progress Press, both member of the Allied Group of Companies.
