An interview with celebrity chef Sophie Grigson features in E&D, The Times’ food and drink magazine, out tomorrow.

Ms Grigson, of Channel 4’s Grow Your Greens, Eat Your Greens fame, offered one of her signature recipes to E&D readers.

This issue will also take readers on a gastronomic journey to the exotic destination of Thailand as television personality Ruth Frendo brings a colourful and vibrant account of all the culinary adventures she enjoyed during her time in this picturesque land.

Closer to home, the magazine reports how a Maltese expat is enjoying a change in diet thanks to his Spanish wife’s expertise in the kitchen.

Those with a strong sweet tooth will enjoy reading about the two sisters who founded Sweet Temptations.

As for those who count a beloved pet among their family members, E&D explains how they can prepare that something special for their furry friends.

On the drinking front, the shift in temperature brings with it more occasions to enjoy a drink. E&D highlights the dangers of overdoing it when the mercury is seriously high.

This edition includes a special pizza section: agony aunt Gloria Mizzi lists her best home-made recipes, there’s trivia and history and also a good look at that Gozo “institution”, Il-pizza tal-Maxokk.

E&D is a bi-monthly magazine published by MediaMaker and distributed by The Times. The executive editor is Ramona Depares and it is designed by Manuel Schembri.
