Lean Business Excellence – Malta 2011 workshops

As a continuation of the Lean Business Excellence - Malta 2011 programme for this summer, two modular training workshops will be held in July.

The first, focusing on total productive maintenance and lean plant/assets management, is aimed at high and middle-level managers/engineers who are working within operations, maintenance, plant management, production, quality, engineering and other related areas.

It will be held on July 11, 13 and 15 at Malta Enterprise’s premises in San Ġwann and is of particular interest to the manufacturing industry, continuous process industry, construction industry, governmental bodies (public works department, local councils, transport).

The second July event, themed ‘lean project and construction management’, is aimed at business strategists, managing directors, general managers, operations managers, project managers, contract managers, proposal managers, project planners and controllers, and site managers, from the construction and project-driven industry.

It will be held on July 18, 20 and 22 at Malta Entprise.
