Fundraising reunion at St Joseph

A group of 45 ex-students from St Joseph Convent, Sliema, who attended school together between 1963 and 1976 recently met for a ‘vintage reunion’ to mark the 35th anniversary of their school leaving. They were joined by several nuns and teachers from their school days.

A number of people came from abroad specifically to be there that evening.

Proceeds from the reunion are being donated to the school for IT equipment and to the Sisters’ retirement home in Rabat.

Four ex-students also addressed fourth formers at the school in a seminar entitled ‘Our past, your future’, during which they shared their experiences at the school.
