Infected Mushroom to play at Stitch Club

Originally formed as a duo back in the mid-1990s in Israel, psychedelic trance act Infected Mushroom – now based in Los Angeles and occasionally fronting an extended line-up – have, thanks to their boundary-pushing songs and incendiary performances, grown into one of the biggest electronic acts in the world.

Their original electronic leanings are still intact, although their music has evolved thanks to a consistent quest to explore new sounds and embrace new concepts.

Twice ranked among the world’s top 10 DJs by the prestigious DJ magazine, Infected Mushroom have perfected the art of whipping up crowds into a whirling frenzy with their performances, proof of which is the hectic live schedule the duo has to fulfil year in, year out.

Fronted by vocalist Duvdev and backed by live guitars, drums and keyboards, Infected Mushroom are known to enhance their onstage performances with ambitious multimedia projections, an aspect that has also helped boost the band’s reputation as an explosive live act.

Infected Mushroom will be making their first-ever appearance in Malta on June 6 when the band performs at Stitch Club in San Ġwann at an event organised by Reload Events.
