CARTER. On May 26, MARY ROSE, aged 65, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Joe, her sons Patrick and Marisa, Steve and Claire, her grandson Andrew, her sister Helen, her brothers Charles and Monica, Hugo and Josephine, in-laws and their respective spouses and families, nephews and nieces, relatives and friends. The funeral will be held today at St Anne parish church, Marsascala, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2 p.m., followed by interment in the family grave at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

VASSALLO IN BORIO. On May 17, MAUREEN of Lija, residing in Asti, Italy, aged 54, passed away tragically. She leaves to mourn her loss her beloved husband Osvaldo, her children Soraya and her husband Ricardo, Fiorella and her husband Diego, Althea and her fiancé Federico, her beloved parents Peter and Delina Vassallo, her brothers George and Anna, Edward and Mary and Marcel, her nephew Luke and his wife Ivana, her niece Graziella and her fiancé Stephen. Mass præsente cadavere was said in Italy. Mass for her repose will be announced later.

RIZZO. Treasured memories of our parents MARY and FRANK. Fondly remembered by their daughter Jennifer and son James. May God grant them eternal rest.

TRICCAS – FREDDIE. In loving memory of a beloved father and husband on the first anniversary of his passing. Every day we remember with love the ways in which you used to make us smile. Amanda, Chris and Royston.

O Holy St Jude, apostle and martyr, great in virtue and rich in miracles, near kinsman of Jesus Christ, faithful intercessor of all who invoke you, special patron in time of need, to you I have recourse from the depths of my heart and humbly beg you, whom God has given such great power, to come to my assistance. Help me now in my present and urgent need and grant my earnest petition. In return I promise to make your name known and cause you to be invoked.
