(Adds programme director's reaction)

The Broadcasting Authority has again found PBS and Bondiplus guilty of imbalance on a programme discussing the situation in Libya on March 7, the Labour Party said.

It said the BA concluded that while the station invited the Foreign Affairs and Justice ministers, as well as a university lecturer to take part in the programme, no opposition spokesmen were invited.

The PL said it expected decisive action to be taken since imbalance by the programme and the station had continued despite of a number of BA decisions.

LOU BONDI'S REACTION

In a reaction, programme director Lou Bondi said it was not true that the programme had not invited anyone from the Labour Party.

It invited PL international secretary Alex Sciberras Trigona who had had close connections with the Libyan regime in the past but he refused.
