New Sacro Cuor parish priest
Fr Richard Stanely Grech ofm has been appointed parish priest of Sacro Cuor parish in Sliema.
He served in the Franciscan community in Rabat before working in Australia.
Back in Malta, he served in Mgarr, Gozo, Valletta and again at Rabat and was ’religious counsellor’ in state schools and a teacher of religion and music in church schools.
He was vice parish priest at Sacro Cuor between 2002 and 2005. His last position was as provincial vicar.

Prosit Fr.Richard!!! I remember he used to come to St.Francis School and he used to be such a pleasure to listen to as During his sermons he always used music to convey his message...Consequentially, as an adoloscent I used to SMS him various times asking him for help and advice and he always used to answer me or invite me to meet him at the convent for a chat.
