I wonder how to interpret the referendum result.
By asking “Are you in favour of...? any vote which is not a yes can be construed as a rejection of that same yes, therefore, closer to a no.
As in the case of the EU referendum, I wonder whether the nays and the absentees should both be considered as definitely not a yes vote.
Additionally, should a percentage discrepancy rate be set on such an important referendum, for it to be definitive, or even a one-vote difference can take the result home?
