Brazilian model Isabeli Fontana will star in the new autumn/winter 2011 campaign of Mango, Spain’s most international fashion brand, becoming the new image for the brand.

The firm has chosen the beautiful model as the image for its campaign because of her extraordinary beauty and natural look. Her style represents the ideal woman that the brand wishes to dress: an urban, working and independent woman.

Born in Curitiba, Brazil, Isabeli Fontana is one of the top models of the moment.

She has featured in the advertising campaigns of RobertoCavalli, Balenciaga, Versace, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Hermès, Missoni, Moschino, Armani Jeans, Oscar de la Renta, Max Mara and Nicole Farhi, among many others.

With this collaboration, Isabeli Fontana is taking over from her predecessor, Scarlett Johansson, who has been the image of the brand for the last four seasons.

Since its beginnings, Mango has banked on famous faces to feature in its advertising campaigns. Models of the stature of Penélope Cruz, Milla Jovovich, Lizzy Jagger, Karolina Kurkova, Naomi Campbell, Eva Herzigova, Inés Sastre, Claudia Schiffer, Christy Turlington and Diane Kruger have also been images of the brand at various times.

This is not the first time Isabeli Fontana has collaborated with the brand. She modelled in the fashion show to launch Mango’s spring/summer 2011 collection, held at Madrid City Hall last November.

This season, the brand will continue to count on her presence at the fashion show to be held in Paris launching the new autumn/winter 2011 collection.
