Thousands of ballot papers for the forthcoming May 28 divorce referendum were printed yesterday morning at the government’s printing press in Marsa. By law, the printing process can only start 13 days before voting. The paper on which the documents are printed is locked away in a strongroom and the ballot papers will be packed in bundles of 50 today.
